How to get refound tax free?

Consumption tax in Japan is known in other countries as VAT, GST or sales tax,
this is a flat 8% on all items. 

*Note the consumption tax rate is scheduled to increase to 10% in April 2017.

Tax free shopping is available to only foreign tourists when making purchases of over 10,000 yen at our store.
In case of consumable goods, the consumption tax is waived for purchases of over 5000 yen.
But the package of such goods must be kept unbroken until after departure from Japan.

* Japanese citizens are not eligible.
* Not eligible if you are working in Japan.
* Not eligible if staying in Japan more than six months.


2. How to shop tax free?

Show your passport at the check-out counter,
and sign the purchase proof document.
